Stone is a natural product, sourced from different quarries around the world and may contain fissures, cracks, holes and pits. By purchasing our stone products, please understand that due to the fact our products are natural materials, we cannot control the formation or patterning on the products, such as veining, speckles, and grains.

At Allure Stones, each product passes through multi-levels of quality controls and deficiencies check to ensure the best quality in our hand-crafted products. We provide clearest and most detailed information possible for almost all products on our website to create a realistic image of these products for you. With respect to the fact, we are working with natural materials, please expect slightly deviation in color and veins of your purchased products from the pictures provided on our website.

Allure Stones offer you a 30-day money back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you are not happy with your products, you have 30 days from the day you receive it, to return or exchange the unsatisfactory item.

For all refunds or exchanges, the following charges/conditions shall apply:

• The original delivery charge from Allure Stones to your requested address is non-refundable.
• After 30 days, there is no return or refund for none satisfactory reasons.
• Return the item by courier or bring it in person to our showroom at your cost.
• Returns or exchanges must arrive back to the Marble Hub showroom in the original condition and packaging.No refunds or exchanges will be given if the product arrives damaged or broken.  You need to ensure you pack the item with the same care it arrived to you. Allure Stones recommends return postage with insurance in the event of breakage or if it is lost in transit.
• We will not be held liable for items that are sent back to us damaged or that are lost in transit.
• All refunds will be posted within 5 business days from the day the product arrives our showroom. The period for the refunds to be credited to your account defers depending on the bank associated with your account.

Natural Stone Sinks Lifetime Warranty

Allure Stones warrants its natural stone sinks to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for as long as the original consumer owns their home. All other components carry Allure Stones one (1) year limited warranty unless otherwise specified. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but indicative of normal wear and tear. This warranty applies only to Allure Stones products purchased and installed in USA.

Allure Stones will, at its election, repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustment where Allure Stones inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (Original sales receipt) must be provided to Allure Stones with all warranty claims. Allure Stones is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Allure Stones exceed the purchase price of the product.

If this product is used commercially, Allure Stones warrants the product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact Allure Stones, either through your Dealer, Plumbing Contractor, Home Center or E-tailer, or through our website. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased.
